It’s manufactured at the CCI (Cascade Cartridges, Inc.) plant, a division of Vista Outdoor that also turns out Blazer (aluminum-cased rounds), Blazer Brass, and Speer.

CCI VNT can be used for either long-range drilling or the annihilation of varmints.
Flat trajectories, incredible long-range accuracy, and an explosive terminal performance are all provided by the Speer bullets used in the 17 HMR loads.
This is the best of both worlds for varmint hunting and target practice.
